The way people value these offers usually depends on very many things. But usually the stronger the desire for a particular result (what your offer promises to give the buyer), the higher people will value that offer and pay for it.

If you have a blog or website with useful articles that solve problems ,you have an offer.
If you have a forum with members ,you have an offer.
But most time people water down their offers by doing the following:
- Not offering something that helps people achieve their desires
- Not charging at all for their offers (your blog posts can be seen as offers with no charges )
- Not charging HIGH enough for their offers.
- Not properly marketing and communicating the benefits of the offer to buyers
These 4 things can water down the value of your offer.
For example ,If you have a blog or website and all you have is adverts from other people and from Google Adsense then all you are offering your readers are links to other peoples offers.
You can make money from these adverts but it is nothing compared to having your own offers. (products and services).

After creating your offer , you need to create a page where you can pitch and show people why your offer is good for them or better than other offers in the market.
Get Paid And Deliver The Offer
When you get traffic and leads to your offer ,you will make sales .After the sales ,you need to deliver your offer to people.
